Return Policy

DotComDiesel, LLC.

• You may return new items sold by DotComDiesel within 30 days for a refund, minus any shipping charges that may have been placed with the order along with a 15% restocking fee.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• When returning an item(s), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. If the item(s) purchased had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• In order to return an item to DotComDiesel, please call us at 1-855-791-0129 before returning to get a valid return authorization number.
• Any returns received without this number will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items DotComDiesel, LLC

DOES NOT accept returns on the following items:

1. Any item that has obvious signs of wear and tear and/or is missing parts or pieces.

2. Modular Wheelchair Ramps

3. Any custom ordered item.

4. Trailer Hitches that have been installed. (25% restocking fee applies to any new uninstalled trailer hitches.)

5. Clearance Items (These will be clearly marked as clearance items prior to your purchase.)

Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective in material or craftsmanship and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at 1-855-791-0129 and we will guide you through the process.
